ECHOES-CERV project Coordinator and Proposal Writer

The project "Echoes of Memory: Interactive Conversations with Holocaust Survivors through AI" aims to enhance Holocaust education as well as spread awareness through the utilization of innovative AI-driven technology within an interdisciplinary transnational partnership from Greece, Lithuania, Romania, North Macedonia, Serbia and Poland. Through the creation of AI chatbots, simulating conversations with Holocaust survivors, the project will allow for engaging, interactive and personalized learning pathways accessible to diverse audiences, particularly younger generations in a culturally responsive and gender-sensitive manner. This approach will preserve Holocaust survivors' testimonies for the future generations and will also make learning about the Holocaust more engaging and accessible. A Governance Framework promoting ethical standards and interdisciplinary collaboration will be further developed ensuring the project’s applicability and scalability as a blueprint for future Holocaust remembrance transdisciplinary initiatives. The partnership consists of educational institutions, research and historical organizations, and Jewish communities across Europe to foster a comprehensive understanding of Holocaust history and its importance at a national and European level. Master’s programme in Family Business Management – FAB is co-funded under the Erasmus+ programme, Capacity Building in Higher Education action and aims to create a new Master’s programme in the specialized academic area of Family Business Management in Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal. The project is coordinated by the National University of Management in Cambodia. The FAB curriculum will incorporate novel entrepreneurial theories, business models and innovative management tools fostering new family entrepreneurs, but also promoting entrepreneurial behaviour (including innovation) in existing family firms.  The Project: Basic Synergy Training Adamov 30/05 –08/06/2017 The main topic of the training was education and learning. I was trained to implement education curriculum that motivate ourselves as education coordinators and the others, that motivate the participants and make the education playful and fun experience. The training of basic synergy, or the basic training of synergy? After the approximate twenty years this method is used, it is hard to tell. And actually, does it matter? After thsi training I gave myself the opportunity to think and see the world from a bit different angle.  Throught experiential activities and non-formal methods I discovered the importance of discovering and developpingthe potential of every individual and how through a successful program curriculum can lead the participants to go for their own maximum in life.  My feedback on the training was published on the social media:
